Fundraising Campaign

Our Goal

The goal of this fundraising campaign is to bring the ancient Tibetan practice of Ne Dzang Yoga to people in Estonia through an Estonian-language book created for a wide audience. Ne Dzang Yoga is a gentle and restorative practice that supports health, inner balance, and vitality, making it suitable for people of all ages. The book shares practical knowledge and simple exercises that can be used to support everyday well-being, regardless of age or previous yoga experience.

Our aim is to print 500 copies of this valuable book. The translation into Estonian has been completed entirely through voluntary work, and we are now seeking support to cover the printing costs and bring the book to readers.

Contribute

Every donation helps preserve and share ancient knowledge that supports health and balance in today’s fast-paced world. Future proceeds from book sales will be directed toward the renovation of Väluste School, contributing to community development and the advancement of education in Estonia.

The fundraising campaign will take place from May 16 to June 16, 2026. During this period, everyone has the opportunity to contribute to the printing of the book and help bring these valuable teachings to people in Estonia.

What Is Ne Dzang?

Ne Dzang (Tibetan: གནས་སྦྱངས་) is an ancient Tibetan healing yoga practice consisting of 24 simple exercises. The practice combines conscious breathing, gentle movement, and self-massage techniques to support the free flow of energy in the body, calm the mind, and strengthen the internal organs. Originating from the Kalachakra tradition, these exercises have been recommended by Tibetan physicians for centuries to support health, vitality, and spiritual balance.

In this book, Tibetan medicine doctor and yoga teacher Dr. Nida Chenagtsang introduces the Ne Dzang exercises together with their historical and cultural background, while explaining how the practice can be adapted for people of different ages and physical conditions.
