You are warmly invited to join us for a weekend of community gathering and karma yoga at the Schoolhouse. This is a time when many projects are unfolding, and we would greatly appreciate extra hands and shared effort.
We begin at 11:00 on Saturday morning and conclude at approximately 15:00 on Sunday afternoon.
You are welcome to arrive on Friday evening if you wish.
During the weekend, we will:
Begin constructing A-frame huts in the forest for the upcoming Tummo retreat
Continue work in the garden around the stupa area
Plant trees on the land
Help with general cleaning and maintenance of the property
Accommodation is offered on a donation basis, and three meals per day will be provided.
We will also share time for group practice.

We are honored to welcome Dr. Nida Chenagtsang to Sowa Rigpa School this June.
Everyone who wishes to meet Dr. Nida and participate in the ongoing renovation of the schoolhouse and development of the land is warmly invited to join us.
During these days, we will gather in the spirit of karmayoga — offering our time and skills in service to the school and its vision.

Tibetan Moxibustion Workshop with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang

Join us for a 2-day intensive training with Dr. Nida Chenagtsang on Tibetan moxibustion (me btsa), one of the most important external therapies of Sowa Rigpa.
Tibetan moxibustion is an ancient fire healing therapy that applies heat from Artemisia (mugwort) to specific therapeutic points known as sang (secret points). These points regulate the body’s energy channels (tsa) and support the balance of rlung (wind), blood, and bodily fluids.
Moxa therapy is traditionally used to:
Warm and strengthen metabolism
Disperse stagnation and cold
Support circulation and vital energy
Address stress-related disorders, joint pain, digestive weakness, and neurological conditions
This workshop is suitable for students and practitioners of Tibetan medicine, bodyworkers, and therapists interested in traditional heat therapies.
Format & Participation
Duration: 2 full teaching days

On-site participation
For those who wishes to join us on-site, there’s a few options for simple accommodation on site.
Accomodation with bed: 20€/day
Accommodation with mattress: 10€/day
Camping at our lot: 7€/day
There is also accommodations to rent in Viljandi (25km) and Valma (10km) away from Väluste. We can organise transportation for an additional fee.
3 meals per day is being served for a cost of 30€ per day.

About Dr. Nida Chenagtsang
Dr. Nida Chenagtsang is a Tibetan physician and lineage holder of the Sowa Rigpa tradition. Trained in Tibet, he has dedicated his life to preserving and sharing Traditional Tibetan Medicine and its external healing therapies worldwide.
He is the founder of the Sorig Institute and is known for his clear, practical, and inspiring teaching style.

From 4th to 8th February 2026 in the Sowa Rigpa Väluste School
From 4th to 8th February 2026, an intensive 5 days training with Dr Alexander Arbuzov. He is giving ateaching about the: Principles of Sowa Rigpa Pharmacology(pharmacology 2)
This course will be available for those who come in person. For participants will also be available a recorded version.
The teacher is online, but we are also making on-site Sowa Rigpa herbal formulas as hands-on training. You also need to make your personal notes about teaching, recordings will be available for participants for two months.
Teaching is for Sowa Rigpa 4-year students. You should have studied all Sowa Rigpa basic courses before the teaching, and also the Sowa Rigpa Materia Medica preliminary training is needed.
You should inform us about your participation soon. For participants, we will send information about preliminary preparations to do before teaching.
The price for the whole course is 250 EUR, and food is 20 EUR per day. Simple accommodation by a suitable donation. Donations are welcome.

Õpetaja on online, kuid koolituse ajal teeme ka kohapeal Sowa Rigpa retseptide järgi taimsesegusid. Õpetust tuleb ka korralikult konspekteerida, sest lindistatud õpe on kättesaadav paari kuu jooksul peale koolitust osalejatele.
Õpetus on Sowa Rigpa 4 aastase koolituse õpilastele. Osalemiseks peavad olema läbitud Sowa Rigpa põhikursused ja Materia Medica kursus. Palun teatage enda osaleusest niipea kui võimalik, seejärel saadame osalejatele teate selle kohta mida eelnevalt on vaja koolituseks ette valmistada.
