Tibetan moxibustion is an ancient fire healing therapy that applies heat from Artemisia (mugwort) to specific therapeutic points known as sang (secret points). These points regulate the body’s energy channels (tsa) and support the balance of rlung (wind), blood, and bodily fluids.

  • Support circulation and vital energy

  • Address stress-related disorders, joint pain, digestive weakness, and neurological conditions

This workshop is suitable for students and practitioners of Tibetan medicine, bodyworkers, and therapists interested in traditional heat therapies.

  • Location: Väluste kool, Viljandi vald, Viljandi maakond, 69704, Estonia
