"Igniting Your Inner Fire" is an immersive retreat designed to awaken and harness the powerful energy within you, set against the serene and snowy landscapes of Estonia.
This week-long retreat offers participants the rare opportunity to explore the foundational principles and techniques of Tummo. Known for its ability to generate inner warmth and heightened awareness, Tummo meditation enables practitioners to cultivate resilience, inner strength, and a profound sense of clarity.
Guided by Dr. Nida Chenagtsang, you will be introduced to breath control, visualization practices, and body postures specifically designed to activate and balance your inner fire.
Arrival Details Travel Suggestion:
We recommend flying into Tallinn Airport on 6th January 2025. From there, you can catch a bus to Võru County. Book your bus tickets in advance at Lux Express. The bus stop is conveniently located next to the airport. Arrival Information: Please share your arrival date and time at the Võru bus station by emailing us at sorigkhang.estonia@gmail.com. We will arrange pick-ups until 22:00 on the 6th of January. If you plan to arrive later, please notify us ahead of time so we can book a taxi for you at your expense (approximately 20 euros).
Room Sharing:
Rooms at Vaskna Farm will be shared with 2-3 people per room. Weather Preparation: South Estonia can reach temperatures as low as -20°C. Please bring warm clothing to stay comfortable.
Meals:
We will provide three meals daily, along with various teas, coffee, and bone broth. The meals will primarily be vegetarian, with occasional chicken or pork soups available for those who require animal fats. Food Allergies: If you have any allergies, please inform us in advance so our kitchen can accommodate your needs.
Personal Supplies:
The nearest store is 17 km away in Võru. If you would like personal snacks or drinks, our volunteers can arrange trips to the store as needed. Sauna Sessions: Two sauna sessions will be offered during the retreat, with Dr. Nida providing guidance on timing and use. If you have any additional questions or special requests, please feel free to reach out to us.
