Retreat Refund & Cancellation Policy
We are a small non-profit organization, and each retreat is organized with great care and committed resources. Our refund policy helps us keep the retreat affordable while offering flexibility and compassion to participants.
We strive to keep our retreat accessible, fairly priced, and financially sustainable. Because we must secure accommodation, meals, and facilitator travel well in advance, we follow the refund conditions below.
Payment
A €350 deposit is required to reserve your place. This deposit is non-refundable.
The remaining balance is due 45 days before the retreat.
If You Need to Cancel
We understand that life can be unpredictable. Our cancellation terms are:
Full refund minus the €350 deposit if requested more than 45 days before the retreat
50% refund if requested less than 30 days before the retreat
No refund (costs are already committed) if requested less than 14 days before the retreat
You may transfer your spot to another participant at no extra cost
Compassionate Policy
If you experience a medical emergency or serious personal situation, please contact us. We will do our best to offer a partial refund or credit.
If We Must Cancel
If we cancel or significantly change the retreat dates, you will receive a full refund or may transfer your payment to another program we organise in the same calendar year.
Force Majeure
In the case of events outside our control (severe weather, political restrictions, etc.), we may reschedule the retreat and offer refunds or credits depending on what costs we can recover.
